Sohail Khan of The Blackstone Group had to fulfill a contract with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE). Cogan's John Lambert contacted the design engineer and demonstrated that Cogan had the right stuff for the job.
"The project involved wire caging for the storage of materials," Khan says, but he couldn't elaborate much more than that, because of confidentiality requirements. What he could say was that "Cogan did a great job. We are very happy. John Lambert was right on top of it all." For his client, time was of the essence and Cogan delivered "from start to finish, meeting all our deadlines... right on schedule."
This was the first contract Cogan completed for Blackstone, but it sounds like the beginning of another successful partnership.
